Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.(Except for pre-ordered items)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States.

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.


International Shipping

International shipping options may be available depending on your location.

Please note:

  • International delivery times vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country

  • These fees are not included in shipping costs and are determined by local customs authorities


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
AILE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.
