Pole Grip Tape

Due to the nature of this product, pole grip tape is considered a single-use item.

  • Once opened, installed, or used, grip tape cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • This includes partial use, incorrect installation, or change of mind after opening.

Each order is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Practice Sample:

Each order includes a practice sample to allow you time to familiarize yourself with the material and installation process before applying the full tape.

We strongly recommend watching the instruction video and using the practice sample before installation, as improper application does not qualify as a defect.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your grip tape arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will provide a replacement.


Pole Socks (Future Products)

For hygiene reasons, pole socks are final sale once worn or used.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

  • Any socks with removed tags, hygiene seals, or signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Additional details will be listed on individual product pages once pole socks are released.

Unless otherwise stated, all sale and promotional items are final sale.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we are happy to assist with a replacement.
